Mike plays the YTR-8310Z (the new and IMPROVED! Bobby Shew) trumpet, the new "Shotblast" YTR-8335RG XENO Bb trumpet, the YTR-9445CH Artist Model XENO C trumpet, the YFL-6310Z flugelhorn, the YTR-9830 Custom piccolo trumpet, and the YSL-697Z Trombone. For mouthpieces he plays on the Yamaha 14A4a (piccolo trumpet), the Bobby Shew signature flugelhorn mouthpiece, and for lead trumpet, the Mike Herriott Signature lead trumpet mouthpiece.

Mike is very excited to announce that the "Mike Herriott" signature line of mouthpieces ("lead", "classical", "pops solo", "piccolo", "flugel", and "trombone") are currently in the design phase and will be released onto the market in the next couple of months.
